Four years in a row!
We love this hotel. It is quiet and well situated in Tigaki - close to the main drag but far enough away for peace and quiet. Excellent 25-metre pool (with child-friendly paddling pool) and nudist beach, if you are so inclined (and we are) within 10 minute walk. Other equally lovely sandy beaches nearer. This is a family-run hotel with a very cosy feel to it. It is nicely landscaped with flowering shrubs and with views to the spine mountains of Kos Island. The hotel itself is B&B only, but there are many typically Greek tavernas very close indeed and the pool bar serves straightforwardly good food. I can personally recommend the Greek Salad and (genuinely home-made) pizza. Although not applicable to us, good for children. Terrific value for money.

Tigaki Star is a nice/pretty hotel, with good staff and the rooms are cleaned almost daily. There rooms are maintained well. A nice pool with a bar where you can have good food. The beach is about 500 yds away and the village 250 yds. A shame the beds are pretty hard.

We have had a wonderful vacation at Tigaki Star. The hotel had a nice and big pool with a small bar, where you could have your lunch for little money. The location of the hotel was good too, just outside the crowded Tigaki. Within walking distance there were a lot of places where you could get a meal. The beach was a 10 minutes walk. The rooms of the hotel had a simple interior, but very clean though. The most rooms didn't even have an airco, and that meant that it got really hot at night during the summer months. You could ask for a fan, but that one wasn't always available. The personnel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the dining room or outside on the terrace was good. Tigaki Star was a good place for people who like a quiet neighbourhood, witout excessive luxury. We liked it!

Nice, quiet, cosy hotel. Tigaki was a nice place. There was a lot to do there. Not super crowded. Perfect to explore the island by moped or bicycle.
