Mr. Clarke
2 maybe 3 star but not a 4 star hotel
The initial impresion of this hotel is good, until you check in and the front of house staff don't know the meaning of customer service and neither do management. I had booked two twin rooms, we were allocated two double bedded rooms. When I reported this to reception I was told this was what I had booked which it wasn't as we have two teenage kids. Then the duty manager arrived and said we couldn't move to different rooms as I had only booked "Economy" rooms and the hotel was full. Instead they would change the double beds to two single beds in each room but we would have to wait. Finally I decide to pay for room upgrades and suddenly two rooms with sea views and more importantly two beds in each room were available at a cost of €5.00 per night per room. These were supposed to be superior rooms - NOT. The rest of the staff at the hotel were very good from the cleaners right through to the restuarant.
