This London hotel is in a perfect location (between Tower Bridge and a picturesque harbor). The hotel offers nice clean and cozy rooms with tasty breakfasts. It is near an Underground station (Tower Bridge) and you can to all the must-see places in London from there. I’ve read some good opinions about the bar upstairs (but it is available to members only). There are two breakfast rooms (both nice). I managed to get quite a lot done in London. I had a taste of the city’s atmosphere and see the famous buildings from the outside (entrance is usually expensive). On Saturday afternoon I took a walk along the Thames and around Tate Modern. On Sunday I went to see Big Ben, the Parliament, the Buckingham Palace, Downing Street 10, Harrods (it’s ok), Hyde Park. I also went shopping (Oxford Street with a Primark shop). On Monday I planned to set out to Trafalgar Square with the National Gallery, Leicester Square and Piccadilly Circus and a ride to the Eye of London. I went back through London Gatwick (by train with a change at London Bridge).

Guoman Hotel The Tower is located near the Tower Hill Underground station and has a direct view of the Tower Bridge. We had a cozy two-person room with a view of the bridge. The hotel personnel are very friendly; you can leave your luggage with them if your room is not ready yet and go out on the town. The buffet breakfast is great; everyone will find something they like. There are two computers with printers available at the lobby which you can use to reserve return tickets and print out the boarding pass. It is a good idea to spend your evenings at the bar with a spectacular view of the Tower Bridge. But the drinks are very expensive there!

We visited the hotel in London last weekend. It is very well located, right next to the Thames River and the Tower Bridge. It serves as a perfect headquarters for trips through London. It is a good idea to equip yourself with a Londonpass and a Travelcard which make it possible for you to travel by Underground, buses and trains. It’s a very handy solution. The hotel is in direct proximity to: Tower of London, Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast (a ship-museum located on Thames across from the hotel) and the City Hall (on the other side of Thames).

Fantastic
Had a bridge view room for the night which was amazing. Staff are very friendly, rooms are slightly dated, but beds are very comfortable. Food was lovely. Location is excellent as it's only a short walk from tower hill tube station which gets you on the circle line, so it's easy to plan your day trips. I will be visiting again.

We like the Tower Hotel
I'd recommend this hotel. 4 star accommodation with good views of the Tower Bridge or St. Kathrine's Dock. Had a room on 5th floor, looking over the Thames and Tower bridge. Room was really nice, very clean and had very comfortable bed. Bathrobes and slippers were provided. The hotel thought of all the things you might need whilst staying e.g. an umbrella in your room, iron, ironing board, tea & coffee making facilities, complimentary water, ice buckets (ice available on different floors), toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion). The receptionists are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bar overlooks the river and has a good atmosphere, they provide peanuts etc with drinks. Breakfast is buffet, but with everything you could want to eat. Went down at 08:00 no problems getting a table. Will be going back soon.

We just got back from Guoman The Tower. It was amazing! The hotel is located near the Thames and it's next to Tower Bridge. Tower Hill Underground station is a five minute walk. The underground is on the Circle Line so you don't have to change much to get to the most important sights. Breakfast is really extensive but it can be busy during the weekend. The restaurant is really nice but you can also order breakfast in bed. There's a harbour behind the hotel which has a Starbucks, lots restaurants and some cafes. The service in this hotel is just amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The rooms are really clean but they look very English (floral curtains and wood). The bathroom is clean and the shower is really nice. Overall: I can really recommend this hotel. The price for this four star hotel was amazing when you compare it some of the other four star hotels in the area.

Gorgeous hotel, excellent location immediately next to the Tower Bridge and along St. Katherine's Dock. Very friendly staff. The metro station and bus stop are not even 5 minutes away from the hotel. They gave us a room on the 4th floor. The interior was typically English; old fashioned but spacious and clean. The bathroom was renovated. The 5th floor has been renovated too now, very classy, these rooms are very modern (recommendable). Breakfast was well taken care of, large selection. No long waiting lines for the breakfast rooms. This hotel is very recommendable because of the gorgeous and central location! In case you don't choose to use a travel card you can also travel alone in the red bus. For 3,50 pounds each a day (2 zones, children <14 free of charge) you can travel by bus unlimited the whole day. You can buy the tickets from the ticket machine at the bus stop.

Lovely, a super hotel, very big though. A nice and big room. Very friendly personnel. The janitor was very helpful. At the border of the centre, but the subway is nearby, so that is no problem. The only bad thing was the long waiting times at the elevator.

Efficient and speedy check-in and check-out (considering large size of hotel). Pleasant rooms - excellent position except that public transport not very convenient. Poor experience at dinner in Carvery Restaurant which appeared tired - joints were dry, puddings sloppy. Close attention by management would help - definitely suggest eating elsewhere - many good restaurants within walking distance.
