Good hotel, the rooms are tidy and spacious enough. Is located along a busy road but you will only hear noises from the traffic that is passing by. Not really disturbing as far as we were concerned. Staff were friendly. We didn´t use the other facilities. Breakfast was good and extensive. Mixed fresh fruit, (fruit) yoghurt, croissants, sweet and normal rolls, milk and several kinds of muesli, cruesli and for the English breakfast lovers: bacon, eggs, sausages, beans etc. And of course toast, coffee, tea, orange juice, apple juice. We didn't have dinner here, we didn't like what was on the menu. Further, the metro station and shops are a 2 minute walk. By metro you're in the centre in no time. We certainly do recommend this hotel.

Good hotel a 100 meters away from metro station Gloucester road. Friendly staff, the outside of the hotel is being renovated so half of the building is in scaffolding. The other, already finished half looks gorgeous. PS If you just walk inside, your suitcases are carried up the curb and inside.

A good hotel with a fine location. Friendly staff and a lovely breakfast. A metro station is located practically in front of the door with several metro lines to choose from. The hotel also offers nice museums and trips at walking distance.

Visited many hotels but this just took the biscuit; what a terribly bad hotel!! Incredibly small rooms, the bathroom had the size of a cupboard, in short worthless!! Very bad breakfast, unfriendly staff, very expensive drinks! They will never see us again in this simply more than worthless hotel!!

Hotel is in a nice neighbourhood, where you feel safe. And besides its within a stone's throw of the underground. A lovely oases of piece, so ideal during a mostly hectic citytrip.

Im very unpleased about this hotel. We stayed there for a week, we had to carry our own suitcases up the stairs. At first, we had some problems checking in. For our topprice we got a ridiculous small double room, we could not store our clothes in the small closet, rooms on the streetside are very noisy, we were stuck in the elevator for an hour before help came etc etc
