The hotel had just changed its name before we arrived. It's now called the Esat hotel. That was confusing at the airport. But people seem to have that problem all the time. The location was ok so the hotel is up a steep road which can make it hard to get to. The rooms are small but clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The pool and outdoor bar looked great considering this is three star hotel. The food was awful. There wasn't enough variety during breakfast or dinner. The manager also ate in the restaurant and he was always served the most delicious things. There were ten of us in this hotel so that might be the reason why it wasn't that amazing. Overall: We really liked Kusadasi and we can recommend it but we definitely do no recommend this hotel.

We just returned from Kusadasi, we had a good vacation. The hotel is well reachable by foot, but you can also take a dolmus (1 euro), that stops in front of the hotel. The restaurant has a lovely seaview, just like a big part of the rooms. Too bad the hotel is made from marble and that's quite noisy. The room was neat! Big and clean and also clean towels 3 times a week. The food was a disappointment, but that's personal. There were plenty of guests who kept eating! Plenty of salads. If you don't like the food either, then you should books an apartment next time and go out when you want a meal. The personnel is very friendly, but not all were that good at English. But if you have time, then you can try to have a small conversation with them. Nice pool and bar. Located for a big part in the shades, so kind of chilly (in May). Nice hotel, but not very special.

Good hotel, complaints are solved rapidly, very well cleaned The all in food was excellent, something different each time, much variation, make sure, however, to be on time in the dining hall where the desserts are quickly eaten by the english who left with plates full to their tables. By domus you are quickly to the center. A must is visiting the gents' hairdresser very well cut the waxing of the ears to the haren. We had much fun.

We here for 2 weeks and had a great holiday! Everything is tidy and clean, the staff is really wonderful, even after a summer in which they 16 work hour per day 7 days a week for a ridiculously low salary, they remain nice, attentive and kind; my compliments! The food is reasonable, not special just good. All in all; the price quality ratio is very good, for this kind of money we had expected much less quality. We reward the hotel for the service, the staff, location and rooms a well deserved 8/10! Anyone who says there are to find something better for this money are lieing! Simply a cosy, sociably and well organized hotel! Oh yeah, tales that soft drinks are diluted with water are not true! They come directly out of a post-mixinstallation therefore it is pure nonsense, and yes the bar is closed during the evening meals for a while so that with a limited number of staff they can keep the prices low. What do we really?! Oh wait, we are Dutchmen, I just forgot ; -) greetings Chris & Jo
